Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Entry-level welding (will train)

• Work under close supervision

• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times

• Adheres to all company policies and procedures with an emphasis in safety

• Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with regulation

• Have reliable attendance & able to work afternoon shift as scheduled

• Available to work overtime / weekends as necessary

• Able to lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds

• Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma / GED required

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Dependable; prompt attendance

• Oral and written communication skills

• Works well with others

• Strong math and reading skills

• Previous manufacturing, mechanical, agricultural, or machining experience preferred but not required

• Use of air tools and power hand tools

Work Environment

​Work is performed in a shop environment on concrete floors. There are areas in the work environment where dust, noise, fumes, and smoke may be present. While working in this environment, the employee will be exposed to machinery, moving equipment, material, moderate noise, airborne particles, fumes, and various levels of temperature created by the manufacturing process.

The employee may work at different workstations as production needs require, or shift from one station to another during the welding and production process.
